Mat Schatkowsky has been involved in fitness through sports and martial arts since a very young age. He is a certified personal trainer interested in helping clients improve strength and endurance through a greater range of motion.
With a black belt in both judo and jukaijutsu jujutsu, Mat has over 5 years experience teaching martial arts. Fitness and exercise have been an integral part of Mat's training; he has the knowledge to work with you on a variety of aspects of fitness including balance, coordination, and functional use of your body. Mat has competed in martial arts competitions throughout the country, including the Canadian Judo National Championships on two occasions.
He is interested in hiking, kayaking, yoga and most recently scuba diving. He looks forward to training with you to achieve your goals quickly and safely.
