Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is an awesome way to sweat away stress and stubborn fat. Discover your inner martial-artists and a whole new way of getting a crazy cardiovascular workout. Our program offers its participants practical knowledge of self-defense, improved physical fitness, mental focus, relief from stress and most importantly a motivational and energetic training environment.    

cardio kickboxingIn Cardio Kickboxing you will learn a unique mix of martial arts with modified techniques from kickboxing, muay thai, and taekwondo. Our classes are designed to include cardio and flexibility training, shadow kickboxing, target and bag work, and core training and circuit training.

For this class the only equipment required are hand wraps and gloves, both of which can be purchased through 180° Fitness at the front desk. For beginners just trying out the class we do have spare gloves at the gym that can be used for one or two trial sessions. So come out and smash some pads, work up a sweat, and have an awesome time!
