You’ve changed my life. Since starting your program in July 2008, I’ve lost 23 pounds and 8 inches off my waist. I’ve lost more inches on other parts of my body, but that is no longer important to me. I feel fabulous, strong and healthy!!!! I remember the first time I did that mile run and I thought I was going to die, in addition to thinking that you were crazy; I cried (it’s true – Coco wiped my tears and cheered me to the finish line) and it took me 14 minutes and 57 seconds. "Just wanted to send a quick note saying thank you for your encouragement and support during my 4 months of boot camp. I loved every minute of it, even though I am a constant complainer. I have seen some amazing results and for the first time in a long time feel comfortable in my own skin. When I signed up for bootcamp, I had no idea as to what to expect, I just figured that it would probably be a step in the right direction. Well, it certainly was…that and a lot more. I just want to thank you for a wonderful exercise program you offer. It is extremely challenging at times especially the running for me. Eventually I'll get it though.This is the first time since High School that I actually enjoy working out. I have to admit my favorites are the tabata sets you have, the arms like tonight and the legs...abs I find hard but I do them the best I can. I need to get my core strong. "I had heard some friends talking about Boot camp and I was really very envious that they seemed to enjoy exercising. Having never been a “gym” type person, I assumed that you needed to be pretty physically fit to keep up. After the birth of my daughter, my normally thin frame had definitely seen better days and I got desperate and decided to try it for at least one session.
I joined Boot Camp in January and was very surprised to find after the initial week I was sleeping better, had more energy and was starting to look forward to camp every day. After two weeks my pants were much easier to get into and I was starting to understand what people meant when they said they were addicted to camp!
Now with almost 3 sessions under my belt I’ve dropped a pant size and lost the post baby cushiness. I’ve decided to commit to a at least another eight months and can’t believe I waited so long to do this for myself. Each day is with boot camp is different and I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge as well as the great women that I’ve met."

"My experience at camp has taught me how incredible the human body is. Throughout the camp my mind was racing with thoughts of not being able to accomplish what was being required of me and yet in a very short time I was capable of doing some exercises that I would never have even contemplated in the past. "After three years of minimal exercise and struggle with postpartum depression, boot camp was just what I needed to start loving life again. I look forward to each day, I feel energized all day, and I feel really good about myself. I am starting to see changes in my physical appearance, but that is not as important as how empowered I feel after camp. I feel strong, healthy, and ready to take on anything.
I have to admit that I was intimidated of the unknown at first. Boot Camp to me sounded like something only the most physically fit individual would join. However, women of all shapes, sizes, and ages joined together, cheered each other on, and conquered what is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done. "Signing up to Orleans Adventure Boot Camp has been a life changing experience
I thought I would be stuck at 200lbs for the rest of my life, until I saw the Boot Camp car drive right past me. It made me realize that I needed to change something’s in my life. Of course when I registered I didn’t think anything of it until the first day came along. I couldn’t believe how difficult it was to run around a playground and back. I found it so difficult that I almost quit. But I made a commitment to myself and I was going to keep it. It was the best decision of my life.
I just completed my third camp and I still can’t believe the transformation. Not only have I dropped down two dress sizes but I’m happier, I have a lot more energy and my self confidence is better than it’s ever been. It’s all because of Orleans Adventure Boot Camp.

”So I thought I would send you a note on how I feel this boot camp really did help me, and you can post on your website if you would like. Two main reasons why I went into this boot camp were;
To get past this brick wall (plateau) that I had hit from working out for four years at home on the treadmill and also doing DVD’s (kickboxing and aerobics).
To gain a newfound respect for the outdoors which I thought was virtually impossible (so I thought)
To my amazement, both have happened. I did lose weight and I did lose inches and I gained a lot more then just two things. I gained tons of friends and moral support which continues today, I gained the motivation that I needed to keep going when I thought I couldn’t, and you taught me that I could reach for expectations and definitely challenge myself, which I didn’t think I could either. I really wouldn’t fall apart! I have gained that respect I needed for the outdoors, and learned that fresh air is good for me, and won’t kill me! LOL! I will have you know that for the first time ever, twice this week I have run 10km within the Orleans area, along with my new outfit that is now down to a small and medium from a large and my trusty MP3 player, off I go, and to my surprise, not only am I excited about it, but I enjoy it!!! And to top it all off, I did the 10km in 50 minutes. Now the bonus to all of this, is that the one time that I have brought my husband as a guest, he has now decided against the “dreaded jogging” that he always thought would kill him, and he is starting to join me in a leisurely jog. I thank you for teaching me that I can reach limits that I didn’t think I could, and that I was a stronger individual than I thought I was. My confidence has improved and I am also inspiring others around me to get fit and enjoy it….who knew…and I didn’t even curse! Ha.Ha.”

"I have always found exercise to be a pain in the butt. Getting motivated and joining in group activities has always been a challenge. Due to my illness, I am always limited in the degree of physical activities I am able to do. As well, I have severe breathing problems, which impedes anything strenuous. Now keeping those things in mind, I decided to join boot camp. Now if that doesn't make sense it did not for me either. Boot camp was the first opportunity I have had in a very long time where I knew I would be challenged on many different levels. I wanted to push myself and see how far I could get based on my disorder. And I did it. I am so proud to be able to say that I completed my second boot camp. It wasn't easy, by any means, especially for someone who has always put a limit on what she can and cannot do. With encouragement and support, not only from Adrian, but fellow campers, I was able to go beyond my wildest expectations. This was definitely a positive and empowering experience. "I love Boot Camp! Something about getting up before the sun, and spending a full hour to myself, working on myself with a great group of supportive and encouraging women was a great start to the day. I feel more energetic, healthier, & stronger. I sleep better, work better and feel great all day. The outdoor location is perfect. Every day was different and after attending 2 camps, there wasn't a day that repeated itself. Adrian made sure that there was nothing mundane and regardless of your level of fitness everyone is challenged, either as a group or as an individual, and he is very good at ignoring the huffing, puffing, and attempts to get him to ease up on us. Although you are with 35 other women it is very individual, and your success is squarely on your shoulders, you succeed in your personal goals as much as you are willing to push yourself. “Seeing the advertisement in the newspaper for the Orleans Boot camp for Women took me by surprise because I was at home sick with a major depression. I was just thinking that moment that I wanted to do something, go outdoors and exercise. I was scared to register because you do not know what to expect, please register save your life.
Like I said I was in major depression, so I took the three day camp program. The results for me were amazing, it is pure nature healing. It helped me off the depression like you would not believe after two and half months of being on the program. I had more energy, slept a lot better, and took off lots of tension, my concentration returned. Thanks to Boot camp I was able to return to work quicker than expected because of the exercise program.”

"I just finished my second camp and going for my third. On my first camp, I lost 5% body fat and also lost 6 pounds and keep loosing more. Bootcamp was the best way to go for me, I had try over and over again to go to the gym and bought yearly memberships just to quit after 5 times. With the Bootcamp I feel committed, short time commitment that I can renew and also the time 6:00 am is the best I can ever get. I come back home, my training is done and I can start my day refreshed and full of energy. I would recommend this camp anytime!”
